Salt 2010 DVDrip

Plot : An intense action packed 100 minutes of this film, take the viewers through suspense, torture, assassinations and more action. Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie), a CIA operative, undergoes torture and imprisonment in North Korea. She is released and returns to work for the CIA, only to be exposed by a Russian defector (Daniel Olbrychski) as a double agent, working for Russia. It is revealed that she is part of a Russian plot to destroy America. She escapes her CIA captors and sets a manhunt rolling. In the midst of the chase, she manages to execute her first task of assassinating the Russian president. With this and an acid test of witnessing her husband’s (August Diehl) torture and murder, she regains the trust of the Russian sleeper agents, who assign her the next mission – the commandeering of the US nuclear arsenal and assassination of the American President. As Salt sets about being a part of the next mission, it is revealed that her earlier task was a sham. The plot then rolls into defending and saving the world from a possible nuclear holocaust, set about by Russian agents, launching the nuclear missiles of US defense. Mad car chases, tarantula venom, intense action scenes and countless twists and turns make ‘Salt’ an edge of the seat thriller. The suspense of ‘is she’, ‘isn’t she’ a Russian agent is kept alive right up to the near end of the movie. Reportedly, Jolie performed most of her stunts herself. The movie ends with a subtle hint at a sequel.
